ACTIO STREAMLINES MSDS VAULT – PROVIDES OPTIMAL, COST EFFECTIVE DOCUMENT DELIVERY

Hampton, NH—November 4, 2004—Actio Corporation today announced efficiency enhancements to MSDS Vault - allowing users to email, fax and web enable MSDSs directly from customer desktops. MSDSs are the principal tools for communicating the potential hazards associated with using products, containing chemicals, within the workplace. From paint to dry erase markers, each product is mandated by OSHA to have an MSDS available to employees who are exposed to the product.

Chemical based product fabricators rely on two of Actio’s portfolio of chemical management solutions, MSDS Author to create finished good MSDS and MSDS Vault to manage the content and distribution of finished good MSDS. For document distribution to downstream users, MSDS Vault is integrated with a customer’s product catalog or web site for fast and simple MSDS access. Now email and fax capabilities have been added- offering streamlined, cost effective document delivery directly to the customer from MSDS Vault.

Pricing and Availability

MSDS Vault with email, fax and supply chain integration is available today. Pricing is dependent on the quantity of MSDS being managed. The fax option of MSDS Vault is offered at a flat price of ten cents per page delivered anywhere in the continental United States.
