ACTIO COMPLETES STRATEGIC MARKETING RELATIONSHIP WITH INTEGREYTED CONSULTANTS

Salt Lake City, Utah, June 19, 2000--Actio Corporation today announced a strategic marketing relationship with Clifton Park, NY based InteGreyted Consultants, LLC an HMK Enterprises Company. Under the terms of the agreement InteGreyted will market Actio’s MSDS Vault™ MSDS management service through their extensive network of over 500 environmental health and safety consultants.

The marketing agreement enables Actio to supply InteGreyted’s IntelligentEHS.com™ web-based compliance management system to MSDS Vault subscribers establishing the industry’s most comprehensive EHS solution. Now environmental and safety directors implementing management systems can have facility profiling tools, compliance tracking calendars, safety systems, auditing tools and sophisticated chemical/MSDS management offerings through a single secure web-site customized and operated specifically for their company.

MSDS Vault is Actio’s proprietary on-line chemical management subscription service enabling secure client access to manufacturer MSDS data sheets through a dynamic database Actio maintains in accordance with all chemical hazard communication regulations. MSDS Vault will be instated as the MSDS solution in InteGreyted’s IntelligentEHS service.
